DKOM practice 2026, most common errors and appeals procedure

In 2026, the EU PROJECTS Institute will conduct advanced training in public procurement on current topics in the field of public procurement and public procurement in EU-funded projects. Anđelko Rukelj, LL.M., is a certified trainer in the public procurement system and an expert in public procurement. As a trainer in the public procurement system, he has conducted numerous lectures on public procurement, explaining the solutions and practices of the State Commission, and has written several professional papers on legal protection in the public procurement system. He is the conceptual founder of the Association of Public Procurement Specialists.
