For all those who want to master specific knowledge and skills related to EU funds, UEP Project Academy is launching a new cycle of its specialized educational program intended for participants from the region of Southeastern Europe. The education starts on September 23, 2025 and is conducted online.
The program is intended for everyone who wants to understand how EU funds work - from beginners with no prior knowledge to employees in institutions, companies and organizations who want to improve their capacities for project preparation and implementation.
What can you expect?
The program lasts a total of 50 school hours, divided into lectures and practical exercises that take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 8:45 PM. Classes are conducted online, which allows for interactive participation regardless of your location.
Education is divided into three main units:
Special emphasis is placed on practical examples, work on their own project ideas and simulations of real applications, which allows participants to master the entire project management cycle through concrete work.

The program is led by top experts in the field of EU funds, public procurement and project management:
Ariana Vela, MBA/IPMA A – Director of the EU Projects School and one of the most influential consultants in Croatia. Her experience includes more than 500 EU projects and strategic consulting for state administration bodies, including projects such as the Pelješac Bridge. As a holder of the highest international certificate for project management (IPMA A), Ariana Vela personally mentors participants and monitors the quality of education.
Tereza Begović Gudelj, M.A. – Expert with over 15 years of experience in project and program management. She has implemented more than 40 EU projects with a total value of over 55 million euros. She holds IPMA Level C, PMP and public procurement certificates and is a certified team coach.
Hrvoje Karažija, B.A. – Lawyer with almost 10 years of experience in EU projects and public procurement. He holds a public procurement certificate and is a trainer in training on the rules of the Public Procurement Act and the Public Procurement Act. He has participated in projects with a total value of over 50 million euros.
Anđelka Hajdek – an expert with over 15 years of experience in Interreg programmes, control and evaluation systems, communication and visibility of EU projects. Her experience includes the development of programme manuals, evaluations and methodologies.
