Legal Framework and Data Protection in the Use of Artificial Intelligence (1)

The public procurement system is entering a period of important changes. The new proposal for the Public Procurement Act brings more flexibility through increased thresholds, stricter grounds for exclusion and new rules that will require all participants to adapt their working methods. In addition, artificial intelligence is becoming a key tool for faster, more precise and safer implementation of procedures.

In order to enable experts to prepare in a timely manner, we have prepared two separate and equally important training courses for you, each lasting 8 school hours, at a price of 200.00 euros

1. Training: Public Procurement 2026: Key Changes, Challenges and Practice

This training provides a clear overview of all announced legal innovations:

 - increased thresholds (€35,000 and €90,000),

 - new rules for simple procurement,

 - stricter provisions on reasons for exclusion,

 - more emphasis on transparency and responsibility of the contracting authority.

Participants will learn how to prepare for the amended legal framework, what will change in practice, and how to avoid the most common mistakes resulting from the new rules.

2. Training: Using Artificial Intelligence in the Preparation and Implementation of Public Procurement Procedures

This training focuses on the practical application of AI tools - from the preparation of DON, risk analysis and documentation review, to the use of AI in the review and evaluation of bids.

Participants learn how to use AI responsibly, safely and in accordance with legislation, and how to improve the quality and speed of procedures with expert supervision.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the EU PROJECTS School, the number of places in the training courses is limited, and interest is extremely high.

We invite all clients, bidders, consultants and experts to apply on time and be fully prepared for the 2026 public procurement, which will combine new rules and new technology.
