The use of artificial intelligence in business is increasingly becoming a part of everyday life, but with its development comes new legal, security and ethical questions:
The answers to these questions will be provided by the webinar “Legal Framework and Data Protection in the Use of Artificial Intelligence”, which will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in an online format. The education lasts four school hours, and the registration fee is 250.00 euros per person. A 10% discount is granted for two or more people from the same organization.
The webinar is intended for all experts who use or plan to use AI tools in their work - from lawyers, data protection officers and compliance experts, to project managers, HR managers, marketing professionals and educators. The goal is to provide participants with a clear understanding of the legal obligations and risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence, with concrete examples from practice.
Through practical lectures and case studies, participants will become familiar with key provisions of the AI Act and GDPR, and learn how to protect personal and confidential data when using tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot. Special attention will be paid to the issues of copyright, intellectual property and responsibility for AI-generated content, as well as the creation of internal regulations and guidelines for the safe and ethical use of artificial intelligence within organizations.
The webinar program includes an overview of legal challenges and risks, practical application of regulations, analysis of data confidentiality protection, copyright in the AI context, and development of internal policies for the use of artificial intelligence. At the end of the program, a discussion and space for questions from participants are planned.
Along with the training, participants will receive a template for internal guidelines for the use of AI tools, examples of contractual and legal clauses, and an overview of the most important articles of the AI Act and GDPR in a simple and clear form, which will enable them to more easily apply what they have learned in their daily work.
The webinar is held online, and the methodology combines short lectures, practical examples, mini-case studies, and interactive discussions.
The number of places is limited, so it is recommended to register in advance via the form.
