It is with great pleasure that we invite you to an expert conference dedicated to amendments to the Public Procurement Act, which we are organizing in cooperation with the Association of Cities in the Republic of Croatia.
The conference will be held at the Hotel International in Zagreb.
Registration of participants begins at 8:30 AM, while the official part of the conference will last from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by informal socializing of participants.
The conference will cover current topics in the field of public procurement:

3. The role of the State Commission in implementing new provisions
4. Impact of amendments on local and regional self-government units
5. Increasing the efficiency of public procurement through artificial intelligence

7. Public procurement from the perspective of bidders
8. The role of consultants in the preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures
The conference will be attended by representatives of the ministry responsible for the economy, the State Commission for the Control of Public Procurement Procedures, local self-government units, publicly owned companies, as well as bidders and consultants from practice.
The central part of the conference will be a panel discussion on the actual effects of amendments to the Public Procurement Act, with the aim of analyzing the achieved results and further improving the system.
After the conference, in the afternoon and after informal socializing, we are also organizing a training program in the field of public procurement, in which we will additionally cover the practical application of legal amendments, appeal procedures, and the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence.
